These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Skil (“Skil”, “us”, we”, “our”), the provider of the Service.

By accessing or using our Website, our App, or our Service, you agree to be bound by our Terms. This applies to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our Services. You also agree that you:

  • Represent and warrant that you are either (i) at least 13 years of age, or (ii) at least the minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction to use service(s) provided by Discord, whichever is higher, and

  • Attempts to interfere or interferes with the proper operation of our Service,

  • Takes advantage of, uses, or publicly shares any errors or bugs that provide an unintended advantage, thus compromising the fairness and integrity of the Service,

  • Involves programs or operations designed to falsely resemble or impersonate our Service to deceive other users, or

  • Involves the development, distribution, or use of unacceptable software programs, which includes but is not limited to software that:

    • Initiates actions that prompt the computer to execute commands aimed that was not intended by the user, regardless of the harmfulness of such actions, or
    • Involves any unapproved exchange of Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods outside our Service.
      • Virtual Currency includes and is not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin, and
      • Virtual Goods is defined as any products that are purchased with legal tender, such as (and is not limited to), Robux under the platform Roblox, VBucks under the game Fortnite, any goods available for purchase on Steam, and Epic Games.

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or prohibit you from accessing or using our Service without any prior notice at any given time if we have:

  • Sufficient reason(s) to believe that you have violated our Terms or other applicable terms of service, or
  • Sufficient reason(s) to believe that you have willingly and knowingly supported the behavior to breach of our Terms or other applicable terms of service from another user.
